Buyer says not the type of phone he wants even though it was listed correctly and refuses to pay.

The buyer was the successful bidder and then sent a question as to what type of phone it was. The phone was described accurately in the ad on eBAY and now the buyer just says it is not what he wants and refuses to pay.
