I have paid $81.56 by Pay Pal for month of August and ebay deducted same amount from my bank Account

I have paid ebay fees of $81.56 by PayPal. ebay also deducted the same amount from my bank Account. Thats mean I paid my monthly bill twice this month. Could ebay please credit back &81.56 back into my bank account.Yous sincerelyMarie-ange
