can I be advised on how to access my favourite sellers, one time this was always on hand

I don't seem to be able to find "My Favourite sellers", I have just about opened all of the list addresses in MY Ebay, and nothing is showing

is it compulsory for buyers to leave feedback ?

I sold about 5 items to a buyer in August 2012, and no feedback has been left, recently I sent an email asking if feedback could be left for me, with no result. Hence, is it compulsory to leave feedback by the buyer or seller.
