What is the procudure if a buyer wants to buy a listed item, contacts seller, asks if have 2, how to sell if 2nd item not listed

I have a buyer who wishes to buy two of what I only have one currently listed. I do have a second one and have given them a price to sell both. How do I do this this within the ebay rules
