Thank you, most appreciated. "If an 'item not received' claim is opened, eBay will refund you, not the seller" As I read it, the seller has shown all due diligence and I wouldn't claim if they were required to refund me.

Thank you for your detailed response and experience here; It is most appreciated, as I said above I decided to accept the request and forget; Either way there will be some "comeback" of some sort / sellers expect this, from what I have noticed.
