I have sold an item,now the buyer wants me to post it instead of picking up, can I change invoice?

The buyer has already commited to buying, but now wants it to be posted. I am happy to do so, but everytime I try to change the invoice from local pickup to postage costs it keeps going back to local pick up... grrrr. What so I need to do.
