eBay used to have a "wanted to buy" section. Does it still exist?

Just enquiring if eBay still has a "Wanted To Buy" section where you can request items that you are interested in purchasing. Can anyone advise me please?

I can't find a link to allow me to download the eBay toolbar on my new computer. Does anyone know if there is such a link or is eBay toolbar not available for or compatible with Windows 8?

Does anyone know why the images in listings are not displaying correctly today? Some are correct and others state 'image not available'.

Does anyone know why the images in listings are not displaying correctly today? Some are correct and others state 'image not available'. It seems to be happening with every listing I've look at so far today.
