I have trouble with non-paying buyers, im going to put terms and conditions on my listings. Is there way to have it appear on every listing?

Non paying buyers are becoming very annoying! Im going to put terms and conditions for bidding on my items, but do i have to type it each time or can i set it to come up on each listing?
