Highest bidder notified on Sunday he wants me to cancel his bid. But how? Auction now has less than 12 hours, I still don't know what to do.

How does the seller cancel a bid on behalf of a buyer? Am I better to just cancel the auction? If so, how? What fees will I be charged?
