I share your total frustration on this whole feedback fiasco I have
received two red dots from customers who would not pay for there orders
from our site,were sent non payment reminders,then paid up we posted

I know how you feel i used to use them all the time but not any more I
now post at the Post Office much cheaper pricing since Click and Send
updated their website the pricing is over the top expensive.My advice
