Hi,I recently purchased a iphone 3gs off a member on ebay and I paid by bank deposit but it still hasn't shown up in my bank account?

The seller is now asking me to pay by paypal but I dont want to be double charged for it. Could someone please tell me how to maybe cancel this paymet and make a paypal payment?Thankyou
