Hi I sold and item and posted to address as requested it has been sent back twice as not at this address.(correct address)??

NOt sure what of the next process. I actually am starting think that the customer does not want the item. I even googled the address and it is a real address. I can;'t keep posting as I have to pay postage. Please help!!!
