Thanks for the info phorum_junkie* I'll do that in future. With the
seller closing up shop until March I don't think there's much chance of
a resolution on this one though.
We try to avoid posting to PO Boxes as some of our items have been
damaged whilst they sit on the floor because they are too large to be
placed in a mail box. The items delivered to a physical address have not
been damaged.
My problem is I purchased an item from a Hong Kong Merchant, paid by
PayPal and waited the 21 business days for Delivery. This was back in
September. The trader asked me to wait a few more days and contact him
if it still hadn't arrived. This I did. ...
