I have had a a buyer decide that the item on offer was the wrong item after I accepted his offer .

I have accepted an offer from a buyer and then 12 hours later he emails me and says that he does not want the item because it is not the one he wants. Now I am up for the selling fees on ebay. He has not paid for the item. What can I do?
