I am having the same problem. Ebay know nothing about it. 

I opted out of the all selling view as its too hard to use. so I need to relist every item separately. takes a long time

I use a P/C to list and relist items, and my items haven't been relisting for the 8 times. I spoke to live chat who didn't know anything about it. has anyone else had this problem?
