Just placed first item for sale but not in the listings?

Also I chose to have it listed for 10 days but it says it's going to take a recurrent payment out of my Paypal every month?

I won an Ergobaby but have since been told by Ergobaby themselves that the seller is fraud and I should not buy from them.

I have emailed the seller saying that I'm not wanting to buy a fraudulent item but what if they don't agree to cancel the transaction?
