I asked a question about the validity of listing items under a brand
name, e.g. Thermos, when the item was not a Thermos, rather it was a
generic thermos. is this legal?
some sellers list for instance "Thermos" flasks (Registered Brand) when
the item is a 'thermos' (generic term) but not a 'Thermos'. is this
considered misleading?
