I can't seem to find it on my listings. Did ebay get rid of this feature? If so, when did this happen and why?

I paid $14.95 for this not realising it was only to temperarily put my listing at the top of the GALLERY VIEW! Who even uses gallery view? So annoyed, what a waste of money. What happened to paying to get your listing at the top of every relative sea...
