Pick Up Only item. Buyer asked if I would post which I said I would and gave a rough postage cost to do so. Buyer has bought and paid immediately on the Pick Up Only price. How can I invoice for the postage costs as I don't see an option to do so?
How long is it going to take to fix this technical issue - it has been ongoing now for well over a week?
I have an open case in the resolution centre (non payment) which says I am able to close off so I can relist but when I hit the "take action" button nothing happens? Anyone else had this problem?
