I get an email telling me I have to pay xx in ebay fees, but it does not detail what for??I go to my seller account and it always ...ooopppsss we cant find that page!!twice now I have questioned the fees and twice I have been given a $50 refund!!NOT ...

I have made a best offer which was rejected and now I made a second offer that the seller has not answered ( we are talking $7 here!) I have found it cheaper on here, how do I retract my best offer??
