In compiling a listing based on a keyword, does Ebay use a keyword taken from the item title, or does the keyword come from the Item Description?

I have pointed out two problems on eBay, and they have acknowledged that they do exist. They say they will fix them, but there has been no action in a week.. Can anyone suggest when how long they will take to fix them. Or is it just eBay's way of say...
