I sold an item, was paid for. Buyer now wants to offer it to Second bidder & wants details. Can I do that? How?

Sold a top. Paid for & delivered. Buyer has changed her mind & wants to offer it to the second place bidder & has asked me for their details to make them an offer. Can I do that? If I can, how do I do that? Thanks
