Hello, Should we have had extra cover on an item valued more than $100
sent in the mail by registered post? Had postpak mailer arrive torn open
and contents missing Thanks for your comments,
Yes the postpak mailer is tough package and was sealed well and time and
date stamped at post office.so it would be no good to lodge PP claim.
Waiting for Aust Post to respond to claim.Can you only claim $100 with
registered post? Thanks for comments
