I had an Australian buyer refuse to pick up a parcel from Australia
Post. The parcel was returned to me. Then the cow put in a dispute with
PayPal & PayPal gave her a refund of all the charges - cost of the item
& the post charges. I rang PayPal only...
As a seller I too used to give feedback once item was paid for. Now I
wait until my buyer is happy & leave feedback for me. If they don't
leave feedback I don't bother with them any more. The star system can be
