I have downloaded turbo lister from the australian ebay site. The weights & dimensions are in imperial not metric. How can I change this?

I have downloaded turbo lister from the Australian ebay site. However, the weights under the Postage Options are in lbs and ozs, not metric, and the dimensions are in inches. Does anyone know how I can change or fix this?
