I am unable to link to items yet to go live..please help!!! I would normally use links from posts from social media and schedule ahead so when my items went live to sell the posts on facebook etc would link to the items....why can i not today... post...

I usually post links of items scheduled into social media for when an item goes live though am unable to for the first time. Has anyone else had the same problem? Links are listed as cgi.ebay.com instead of www.ebay.com..does this have anything to do...
