Hi, just wanted to know what the rules are regarding auction pictures.
Can I use a picture found on another listing (no copyright printed
anywhere on picture) that is identical to what I am going to list?
Ok I think that has cleared that up somewhat. So selling a new item you
can use stock photos from the say manufactures website but cannot take a
stock photo from another listing of the same item. I just wasn't sure
the rules on using pictures as the ...
So does that mean all the listings with pictures using stock photos of
items from websites etc are all illegal? There would be thousands and
thousands of them on Ebay
