I was bidding on an item and the seller received an offer and took the offer.Now he sold the item privatly and now avoids ebay fees.even though the offer was made over ebay to the seller.I thought if the item has bids on it he can`t just take it off ...

What happens to the items that are running out how are people gonna bid on them?

What happens to the items that are running out and I wanted to bid on now? The member is missing and I am guessing due to maintenance.
