Someone has tried to purchase an item through my ebay account, Now it is asking me to make the payments, What should I do?

I have not gone to my ebay account for awhile, today I received an email saying that I have to make payment for an Item. I fear that someone has hacked my account, so I contacted the seller already but no response yet, Please help! Thank You
