sold a dress in perfect condition and size correct no faults now buyer saying fault with dress and is wrong size wants refund.

Got bad feedback from buyer because the description does not match. checked description matches with everything i have sent with no faults but customer saying there is a fault with it. what to do as also i have stated no returns. thank you
