Are we being given the option for signing up for Pro Starter, or is eBay
only offering it to select sellers? I don't make anywhere near $25,000
in a year but a few of my listings have multi-quantity discounts.
Have you gotten in touch with the seller? Nobody here can actually work
on your behalf on this matter, unfortunately. And it's probably not a
wise idea to share your private information (like your address).
