Why won't ebay do anything about repeatedly bad sellers?

After reporting a seller to Trust & Safety for item not received, I'm left with no item, no refund, an unpaid item case against me and all the seller gets is a bad feedback! Others have recently left similar bad feedback to mine, why aren't ebay doin...

What more can I do to warn others about a seller after reporting them to Trust & Safety?

After a really bad buying experience, I've reported the seller to trust & safety and supposedly it's all over now. I haven't got my item or a refund and the seller only has one extra bit of bad feedback! What else can I do to warn others?

I won and paid for an item via bank deposit and 1 month later it still hadn't shown. I opened an item not received case, eventually closed it and reported the seller to Trust & Safety. The seller has then tried to tell me they didn;t have the details...
