How do I now find a buyers extra info.. when they won't respond to emails about payment ?

Turbo Lister (Beta Version, that I didn't want) has changed it's order in the postage drop box, standard post.. at the bottom of list

I find this extremely inconvenient when listing, having to scroll right the the end of the list.. when majority of sellers would probably use this postage the most.. Also, I didn't ask for Beta.. why do I have to have it when, I simply just re-instal...

Using turbo lister have found that the description box drops down, so that the 'Save' button goes below the computer line & I can't click

As I've been using Turbo Lister for quite a long time & it's great, however last night & again today.. it refuses to bring one of my items up to current bid status.. I've shut it down & tried again but no result.. A different item on Friday to Saturd...
