buyer advised several days ago that she wants to withdraw her bid due to losing her job! I agreed BUT she has not withdrawn bid as yet? help

I have messaged her several times asking her to withdraw the bid but she has not done so and will not even answer my messages?? it has less than 24 hrs to go and i'm afraid people will not bid on it above her price - what can I do please??
