sometimes the deceiving part about PP is that the money comes out of the
bank account usually the same day, if not well at least within 24hrs but
doesnt show in paypal for like 7...

EXACTLY. That is what they do. They will hold it for as long as they
wish. Usually the money comes out of the payees bank account within 24
hrs but hangs in lingo in PayPal coffe...
