Although I like the new orders page (and print out my sales slip from it); the "print packing slip" and "print invoice" function now no longer work! Doesn't any independent person check eBay's program upgrades?

With an unpaid item, when the sale is cancelled, why does eBay show: Your refund is being processed - when the buyer hasn't paid for the item! idiotic!
