I need to send a tax invoice to a buyer after leaving feedback how do I do this. Buyer is in receipt of goods but now wants an invoice.

A buyer has received goods and has left feedback. Buyer now wants a tax invoice Howe can this be done after the " send invoice" has disappeared from "actions" in my eBay? thank you.
