My selling format looks different has ebay changed something oin my behalf? How do I get back to the way I am used to viewing the selling page for listing items for sale?

I have sold an item on ebay and accidentally opened a case against the buyer. I had two very similar items for sale and clicked on the wrong one. One has sold and one didn't sell. How do I close the case on the one that has done the right thing by me...
