Seller says the discount I gave for combined postage shows on his invoice but it won't let him pay this reduced amount. He now wants me to txt him my email address to try & link that to paypal. Should I be worried?

I'm trying to revise a listing by adding dimensions to the description. When I go to "revise" listing it asks me to log on. I enter my username & password, hit enter & then it keeps taking me back to the same login page. No error messager or anything...
