I have noticed alot of listings with no description of the items being presented to the buyers.Why is that?I thought when you are a seller you have to give an accurate description of the items so the buyers are aware of what they are getting.

Are other sellers finding buyers are completing the payment transaction via paypal and then quickly changing their minds.And asking for you the seller to cancel the order and paypal refund the money to them? I am wondering if this is a way of obtaini...
