I won an item but when I wanted to pay I made mistake. Instead of paypal I chosed Bank Transfer (CIP). What does it mean? Can I cancel this?

I won an item but when I wanted to pay I made mistake . Instead of paypal I chosed Bank Transfer (CIP). What does it mean? Can I cancel this? I would like to pay by Paypal.
