I would like to sell some of my products internationally. Do I have to list in specific countries - eBay USA, eBay Germany, eBay England...?

Like to sell some items internationally - ideally world wide. Do I have to list them in each country that I'd like to sell in or how best do I go about it? Any help would be appreciated.
