won 2 auction from same seller and it stated $10 postage for each auction have payed for item and postage and now he want $10 more on top of what I have payed

I bought item from eBay store and they said on the item description that they where Australian seller but after couple emails, i found out that there office is overseas and i bought from them thinking my money would stay in aus but it is going to go ...
