Just tried to have a look at my pay pal account.Got a message "Accsess Denied" never seen anything like this before.If anybody knows why this message, or better still, how to fix it, I would be very greatfull.Thank you. Franc.

Are sellers allowed to post "no refunds accepted" ?What if the goods are not as described, or faulty?Is this not against consumers laws?
