I have listed an item with no reserve price and someone wants to buy it now before the auction is ended. Is this ok?

I have listed an item as $99, and someone has messaged me that they want to buy it and asking me to name a price before the auction ends. Can I agree to this or will I be going against any ebay terms and conditions?
