6 items in shopping cart but only 1 shows up on checkout page. What's up with that?

I need to checkout all 6 items in my shopping cart at the same time so as to be eligible for free shipping. All items show up in the cart, but when I go to checkout only one is shown for payment. What's up with that?....Thanks.
