I am trying to list a new item in my store and it keeps telling me "A postage service is not specified"I can't find where to make this change.I did not have this problem with the first item I listed.

I'm trying to register a new shop name, but ebay says I can't use a duplicate name. But I have searched for it and it does not exist.What should I do?
