adding postage to invoice

I sold item as pick up only & the winning bidder is in another state. I dont mind posting but the invoice will not allow me to add postage even though it appears to give the option

Can I add postage option to items I am selling? (did have as pick up only)

I think I have a better chance of selling some items if I offer postage but have already listed as Pick Up Only. Can I edit this?
