I agree with this i automatically leave good feedback after a buyer has
paid and then check their feedback to me to check they got the item.If

I have been posting my listings to Twitter and Facebook thats been very
effective.I think its economic buyers want cheaper and cheaper...but
ebay sellers are cheaper.
You must receive the item back via registered post and yes the buyer
does have to pay for that postage as item wasnt faulty.Then you refund
when received.
I think many buyers think its the old ebay before the professional
sellers came in,we just do the right thing comply with the consumer
legislation and to be accused like that is awful.
