I sold an itm and then discovered a scratch after the sale. After sppeaking to the purchaser we agreed to a reduced price. He would like me to send him a new invoice, but I am unable to do so can anyone help me here pleaseNellie

I have sold a few items and have not been paid for them. Do i get charged a selling commission, even though I didn't get the money.?
